This page describes how Parcel-Ops (operated in connection with Patet Delivery, Armenia) handles information you submit on parcel-ops.com.

Contact and demo requests: if you send your name, work email, company name, or a message through the Request Demo form or the assistant, we use that information to reply and arrange a demo or follow-up.
Workspace login: existing customers sign in to their own company workspace. Operational parcel data stays in that workspace and is not used as public marketing content.
We do not sell your contact details. We do not ask you to share passwords, payment card data, or private delivery records through the public website assistant.
