These terms cover use of the public Parcel-Ops website. A customer workspace agreement is discussed during onboarding and may include additional terms.

The public website is for information, demo requests, and existing-customer workspace access. Product availability, modules, and configuration depend on each operator’s setup.
Demo conversations are informational. They do not create a paid subscription until both sides agree on scope, onboarding, and commercial terms.
Each customer workspace is separate. You are responsible for users you invite and for the operational data you enter in your workspace.
